EXAMPLE - Job/Project Cost and Resource Estimate  Workbook
 

Used to provide estimates for a job or project - by providing the simple variables required, the workbook can calculate and output a fully formatted estimate on letter headed stationery ready for the customer. The estimate can be a total only copy for the customer and an internal copy which would include a breakdown of costs and resources required, such as time, equipment or parts

 

By supplying the relevant  information in this simple form on the left for job/project variables,....
... the forms on the right are generated, providing individual departmental costs and resource requirements, along with other management information as required, including a simple project plan.

This information can then be inserted into the company work schedule.  

 
The simple principle of supplying "variables" remains the same even for less complex job estimates, as not all companies would require such intricate management information.
