EXAMPLE - Index Workbook

 

This example has been applied to the estimating process, and is based on spreadsheet software for those without database applications.

Used as a simple index to the estimates produced - making any specific requirement easy to find. 

It can easily be applied to any process where there is a need to store numerous versions of a pro-forma, for easy access from a single point, rather than searching down through numerous folders and sub-folders. 

Not only does this speed up retrieval but also removes the need for a knowledge of Windows path structures or having to remember the specific path.
